Refund policy
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with the original tags attached and the original packaging.
How to return an item
- Email support@manlyflex.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason.
- Wait for our return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item with its tags and original packaging. Send it to the address on your return label.
Size or color exchanges
Include the size or color you need in your email. Customers cover exchange shipping unless the item arrived defective.
Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we typically process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
