30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@manlyflex.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items and process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we're happy to exchange it. Please note that exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping.
